AhDream was born in the suburbs of Chicago, IL and raised in the heart of the Bible Belt, Memphis, TN. Since she can remember she has always been drawn to the arts. Whether it be, music, dance, film, television or theatre she always had her eyes on the prize of being a professional performer one day.
At the tender age of 5, AhDream began singing in the children's church choir and it was then when she discovered her love for singing and performing. This soon developed into her participating in various school musicals and drama productions. By the age of 17 she had traveled throughout the country singing with her school choir at different competitions/festivals, performed at Carnegie Hall and was invited to the American Choral Directors Association in Miami, FL.
Upon graduation from high school she attended Wesleyan University and in 2012 obtained her Bachelor of Arts in American Studies with a concentration in Ethnic Studies. 12 months after graduation a fearless and determined AhDream packed her bags and moved to the concrete jungle of New York where she believed her dreams would come true. Since the move, she has booked film, television and commercial opportunities.
