ROMEO AND JULIET

BY WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE
DIRECTED BY HANNAH EIDINOW

Set in a postmodern society, William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet tells the story of bitter enemies and the subsequent reconciliation that only a star-crossed romance can offer. The children of rival factions, the Montagues and the Capulets, young Romeo and Juliet spark a forbidden romance at a chance meeting. Their short-lived but passionate courtship and marriage set in motion the events that will forever alter the course of their society, families, and the relationships that surround them.
